Our business is a custom sign business.  No two customers order the exact same sign.  That is the fun of what we do, and the challenge of what we do!  We deal with thousands of sign products, including plastics, woods, metals, and other materials.  We use every imaginable way to create signs -- sandblasting, carving, painting, printing, cut vinyl, silk screen and even laser cutting.  It makes for a little bit of a frenetic pace, but once you understand our clients, products and processes, it becomes easier.

Sign work is demanding -- customers want their sign to reflect their image.  It takes time and patience to be sure we have just the right look for the client and sometimes the process of discovering exactly what type of sign is perfect, but seeing the final product installed, making the client happy, is why we do what we do - make great signs!!

The type of sign work we do spans from the simple -- banners and yard signs -- to the more complex and challenging.  We look for employees who are eager to please and have a unique, creative spirit.  Experience isn't critical, as we like to educate and train good people, who really turn out to be the very best, most reliable sign making folks we know!

Our sales team has to understand sign products and what solutions different sign products create.  OUr production staff must have a great eye for sign design and the desire to learn something new every day.   Some special skills are needed to get a client to explore and express their vision for their sign.  It's the job of the sales team to listen carefully, but to also suggest or guide the client to be sure they are buying an effective sign that does the job for the price they can afford.

While we have some fun at work, we take our work itself seriously.  We have clients of every size and type -- we want to provide the very best clients with the very best possible sign products.
